As some may already know, summer is my favorite time of the year! 

Warm weather, bright colors, the beach, the pool, hot summer nights, cute dresses, and ice cream!

indeed, I truly love everything about it!

Actually, wait...

Maybe there is one thing I don't enjoy about summer, or better said, one thing I kind of don't look forward to during summer: My period. If you are with me on this one, preparing to receive this special timing each month is crucial in order to feel better and more comfortable while it lasts. In my case, one of the ways I get myself ready for this timing is actually getting all the supplies I need before hand. Below I show you some of my key items which help me feel better.

1. Cramp relief pills

2. Music

3. Tea

4. Comfy clothing

Like I mentioned, I feel it is super important to prepare our period supplies ahead of time, especially for summer vacations, the pool, or the beach. Speaking about the Beach/pool, here are some of my Beach/Pool Bag Essentials for that time of the month: 

- Sunscreen

- Water

- Deodorant

- Towel

- Extra Panties

- 2 sets of clothing

- Cramp relief pills

- Wipes

- Pads (I actually prefer pads over tampons, but this is totally a personal preference)

I have actually used other products from Hask before which I loved, but the Charcoal Purifying line became my favorite so far.
