"Every Dermalogica regimen is based upon the foundation of the "double-cleanse", beginning with PreCleanse which helps to dissolve excess sebum, sunscreen, waterproof makeup, environmental pollutants, and residual products that build-up on the skin throughout the day. PreCleanse is available in our basic Oil, as well as a travel-friendly wipe version. Both formulas are water soluble, so wash away easily without leaving any residue. PreCleanse offers a deep cleansing ideal for even the most oily skin conditions, as oil dissolves oil and is formulated without artificial fragrances or colors."

PreCleanse Oil:

Is a lightweight cleansing oil. To use, dispense into dry hands and apply to dry face. Massage t dissolve makeup, surface oil and dirt, concentrating on areas of congestion. Emulsify product by dampening hands with water and continue massaging to create a light, milky emulsion. Rinse with lukewarm water. Follow with second cleanser.

PreCleanse Wipes:

Are biodegradable wipe for healthy skin in a travel friendly form. To use, wipe over eyes, lips, and face to dissolve makeup, surface oil, and dirt. Add water to the wipe to activate the emulsification process and wipe again over the skin. Rinse and follow with cleanser.

My Opinion:

I always say this with Dermalogica products, but I absolutely LOVE this brand!!!!

I haven't tried not even one product that I do not like. The most important aspect I love from Dermalogica products is that they are safe for sensitive skin. Their entire line of products is free of common irritants and ingredients that could cause breakouts (including lanolin, SD alcohol, mineral oil, artificial colors and fragrances). That is the number one reason why I always end up loving every single product I try from them. As far as the PreCleanse system, it removes EVERYTHING!

I was really impressed about these products because I have never tried cleansing my face with an oil. It totally makes sense that an oil dissolves oil. I truly loved this concept and felt that my skin was completely clean. Also, this system is very effective at leaving the skin moisturized even for oily skin types. I also loved the wipes because they are great for traveling and on the go.

PROS: Removes everything!, Formulated with no artificial fragrances or colors, gentle to the skin, safe for sensitive skin.

CONS: None :D

Overall Opinion: I totally recommend these products!
